Talent

The acts listed below are the music and film talent on Velvet Claw Hollywood.
Pamela Pantea is a voice you don't forget--smoky, spellbinding, and rich with lived experience. A seasoned jazz stylist with roots in traditional pop, country soul, and late-night lounge, Pamela brings a rare emotional weight to every lyric she sings. After years commanding intimate stages and smoky backrooms, Pamela steps into the spotlight with her debut single, "It's Not Your Hair (It's You," a bittersweet blend of sass and sorrow that nods to her Southern roots while leaning into timeless storytelling. Her upcoming jazz album, produced by genre-bending alt-rocker Haiqeem, marks a new chapter —one where vulnerability and strength walk hand in hand. For Pamela, the voice isn't just an instrument —it's a sanctuary, a battlefield, and a home.
HAIQEEM (Al Hakeem Muhammad Il) - born in 1995 in Oklahoma City, OK - is an indie rock and alternative artist fusing blues, rock, and cinematic pop. Based in Dallas, he's the artist-producer and founder of Velvet Claw Hollywood. His breakout "Don't Give A Damn" hit #41 on U.S. Airplay, reached #1 on iTunes Turkey, and earned Grammy consideration. In 2025, he headlined the first Afro Goth Festival in Las Vegas and released "The Night" with Nemuri Vyza, nodding to his upcoming Japanese album "Yoru to Yume (A Night and a Dream)"
(2026). Between explosive rock sets and jazz duets with contralto Pamela Pantea, Haiqeem defines the hybrid artist-producer.
Nemuri Vyza (born Visa Aiko Williams) in 1998, is a Japanese–African American artist whose music drifts between electronic pop, alt-rock, and intimate confession. After losing both parents during the pandemic, Vyza retreated to Malibu, where she began recording under her Japanese name “Nemuri,” meaning sleep. There she met indie rocker HAIQEEM, and together they created Nemuri—an album born of love, loss, and rediscovery. Now signed to Velvet Claw Hollywood, Vyza and HAIQEEM reunite through Nemuri Radio, their semi-scripted podcast blending memory and music ahead of her long-awaited debut. Quiet, elusive, and devastatingly sincere—Vyza Nemuri turns pain into poetry.
